RETREAT WRAPPED UP!

After 9 days our @onyxfitnessretreats in Phuket, Thailand is completed. The efforts and performances over the 9 days were nothing but exceptional. Training 3x per day, with a mixture of training styles and stimuli our group of 9 put in performances worthy of champions. The final day said it all with an 8 hour, back to back “Hell Day” to finish the retreat the mental spirit was broken down and recharged in a way that only a few ever get to experience. We started with 9 men, we leave with 9 changed lives, warriors with a purpose!!! .
