On World Mental Health day o think for me in my journey it’s a perfect time to show thanks and gratitude.
Thanks you to the crew welfare officer and the dr, the first people I spoke to after attempting to commit suicide. To my entire family for showing me love, support and no judgement. To all the people that have had to bare my pain along my journey, from friends, exes and people in the wrong place at the wrong time. To the people that have sat and listened to my story. To the amazing friends I’ve made along the way who have treated me like a brother and more recently to a special few people that have been there to support me through a tough and stressful situation and last but no means least to a strong and supportive partner I have in @gauxierita who takes the time to learn and adapt with me through both our struggles. Gratitude is an undervalued gift that you can offer to anyone around you. Giving gratitude help you evaluate where you have been through in life. Mental health just like physical health is an ongoing battle day by day so let this day for me be a time to give gratitude 🙏
