Even with physical maintenance options are easy but what can you do to look after and create awareness to your own mental health maintenance?
Whether that’s a trip to the gym, playing a sport you love, focussing on your hobbies, working towards a goal, doing a job you love. Good mental health comes in the PURSUIT of something you love. If you can find that thing to look after your mental health, that brings you happiness your thoughts and feelings, your mental health will be taken care of in the long term.
In the short term a pill doesn’t have to be the answer. —
